OTHER RACE CLASSES at the
RPM Magazine Family PowerFest & Media Weekend
1. Quick 32 Series presented by Napa Auto Parts - Those who wish to race in Quick 32 classes during the Family PowerFest event need to give the Quick 32 organization advance notice as there are always lots of cars!! Both Top Sportsman & Top Dragster cars can run in Q32 and they do not meet until the final (it is an excellent program). You can check it out at www.quick32.ca or contact bruce@quick32.ca
2. Grand Bend Thunder Series - Go to www.grandbendmotorplex.com for full information on all classes available in the Thunder Series or to race in this class during the Family Power Fest event.
MEDIA WEEKEND MEANS - We will be inviting print, web and TV Media from both sides of the border, (both industry and non-industry) to experience the sport. In the past we have seen between 30-40 media reps on hand for our Media Events, many that have never experienced drag racing before!
FAMILY WEEKEND MEANS - The event will be a family oriented event with a VERY special gate price for families. SEE FAN PAGE on this website for complete details.
For those not familiar with Grand Bend Motorplex they have held IHRA National Events for many years, it is a high quality, clean facility from top to bottom. The surface is approx 5 years old and among the best, with full concrete barriers.
Additional Notes: There is no ADRL event that weekend. There is no Milan shootout that weekend It is never our intent to interfere with existing events or organizations but only to compliment the sport as whole by giving it as much NEW press as possible and give as much back to the racers as possible at ALL levels.
Anyone who has been to our RPM events in the past understands that the focus is on ALL the racers, plus there is usually a lot of fun to be had aside from racing, with midway, music etc.
It is more than just a race...
it is a Festival Of Drag Racing!
